We also regret that we cannot accept a booking if the lead booker is under 25, again unless by prior arrangement). Two double bedrooms (both with private terrace or balcony), two bathrooms (one on each floor), private garden to both front and rear of property, sleeps 6 (or 7 if a child is sleeping in a cot). The two bedrooms sleep 4 and a large, specialist double sofa bed in the living room area sleeps an additional 2 people. The property has been completely refurbished throughout, in an Italian style, to an extremely high standard by it's current owner, including:

House '120' is located in the main town - Chora - of Naxos and close to the area known as 'Grotta'. It is within easy walking distance of the old town (and the 13th century Venetian castle), cafes, restaurants, shops and the public bus stop. The ferry port, public bus station, open-air cinema, the sea (and town beach) and the 2500 year old 'Temple of Apollo' are also close by. The 'Paralia' (road in front of the harbour which has many cafes, restaurants, shops, car/scooter rental sites and banks) is also within easy walking distance as are numerous places of historical interest
There is a stone beach - suitable for swimming - approximately a 10 minute walk away, but the best sandy beaches are either the blue flag beach of St George (in town) or the stunning blue star beaches of Prokopios, Agia Anna and Plaka on the west side of the island (approximately 15-20 minutes by car, scooter or bus). In addition to it's beaches, Naxos is wonderful for all outdoor activities including water sports, walking, swimming, cycling (mountain and road), horse riding and tennis. All of these are within easy reach either on foot or by public transport, car, scooter or bicycle.
