As the WOMEN in CENTRAL community continues to grow within our Hong Kong Central tenant community, we came together with valued and longtime tenant, Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM) to discuss Reframing Retirement: A Holistic Approach to Long‑Term Readiness.

Our panel of experts across physical health, psychological well-being, and financial education shared valuable advice and personal experiences on how to shape a secure and fulfilling future.

An interactive AI experience on-site also gave our audience the chance to scan their face and see what they will look like in 20-40 years. A tactic that has been proven to inspire action in planning for retirement.

Key takeaways from the discussion:

• Financial Clarity: Face your finances today, know your true retirement number, and build the confidence to fund a lifestyle you can look forward to.

• Identity & Purpose: Redefine who you are outside the workplace by nurturing hobbies, relationships, and community early.

• Holistic Wellness: Prioritise quality sleep, mindful morning routines, and age-appropriate physical recovery to protect long-term health. Your body may not be able to do what it could when you were 20 and that’s ok.

• Immediate Action: Do not wait for a perfect plan. Small, intentional steps taken today can yield major long-term gains. If you have your head in the sand, it’s time to pull it out.

Thank you to Michael Chan, David Jacquier , Nicole Denholder and for your insights, sharing and passion in helping us bring this event to life.

At Hongkong Land, we believe sustainability is driven by collective effort.

We recently hosted our first volunteering event for the Sustainability Partnership Programme (SPP), bringing our tenant community together for a hands-on Solar Mosaic Light workshop.

Participants learned about renewable energy and energy conservation while making solar lights which were then gifted to families at .hk Hub 13, an extended living space supporting residents in sub-divided units.

Collaborating with our tenants allows for us to amplify our contribution while also strengthening the Hongkong Land tenant community.

Offering a range of curated F&B and retail offerings, the refreshed office lobby space has been thoughtfully designed to elevate the day‑to‑day experiences that shape our Hong Kong community.
