「美聯大學堂」是「美聯集團」轄下之全資附屬機構，美聯集團一向相信人才是成功企業最重要的資產，故早於1979年，已成立「培訓部」。及後為回應長遠的員工發展需要，於1984年改名為「培訓及發展部」，致力為員工提供專業培訓，提升質素及工作技巧。1999年更正名為「美聯大學堂」(下稱「大學堂」) 以表明集團以推動地產代理專業化發展為己任。
「大學堂」秉承集團「以人為本、育人為才」的方針，以專業、創新及多元化為發展動力，不斷為集團及行業引入新元素、新思維，為行業專業化作導航。
早於1999年，地產代理監管局(下稱「監管局」)推行發牌制度之始，我們已舉辦「地產代理牌照課程」，為有志入行人士提供有系統及專業的培訓，至今已培育了不少新秀精英考取資格考試優異殊榮，而及格率亦往往較市場為高。
2005年，監管局欲進一步提升地產代理的質素，於同年8月推出「地產代理持續專業進修(CPD)計劃」。「大學堂」率
先響應，申請其課程成為CPD課程，並成功獲香港學術及職業資歷評審局認可，為業界專業化之領導角色。2007年更邁向另一里程碑，其「卓越銷售及專業銷售團隊管理」證書課程，成功獲得審批為認可持續進修基金(CEF)課程，此為業界首創，並肯定其地產代理專業培訓的地位。
除卻提供課堂培訓外，我們更於文字教育上下功夫，出版多系列叢書包括《專業資格系列》、《代理實務系列》、《物業天地系列》及《成長通識系列》，將行業知識普及化。在創新及多元化方面，「大學堂」更結合多媒體技術於培訓中，成功研發網上地產代理實務及法律動畫課程、網上互動遊戲測驗等，及後更自行設計及生產管理遊戲套裝，鼓勵創作具本地特色的培訓工具。
回顧「大學堂」的發展，當中得到了不少認同，包括國際標準組織頒發之ISO9001:2008品質認可證書，榮獲「最佳業務實踐獎 - 簡化管冶」，成功為集團取得「ERB人才企業嘉許計劃 – MD1st」的稱號及培訓集團精英取得「傑出推銷員」殊榮等。
展望未來，我們將繼續以專業、創新及多元化的精神，為集團培育優秀及專業的員工，更會不斷與各海內外大學及不同企業作交流學習，務求為行業的專業化及普及化添上新動力及新元素，同時為社會公眾提供更多的行業知識。
