Just Sold! Another successful closing at 504 Monterey Rd #14-L in Pacifica. Sold for $750,000, below asking price!

Huge congrats to our buyer on securing this condo with a quick closing. We were able to get the offer accepted under asking and include the right contingencies to protect our client. This also gave her the flexibility to continue shopping lenders after getting into contract, while still keeping the closing timeline on track.

Throwback to over a month ago when I received my first Diamond Award at Sequoia Real Estate for my 2025 performance.

I always tell my clients that choosing the right people to work with makes all the difference, and this award reminded me that the same applies to my own business too. I truly love working with Sequoia Real Estate and being surrounded by people who support, challenge, and inspire me to grow.

Oil is back under $95, but Bay Area borrowing costs are still sticky.

The reason has a lot to do with the 10-year Treasury, which is still hovering around 4.3%.

For buyers, this can affect monthly payment and offer strategy. For sellers, it can affect pricing and buyer demand.
