Huwag magpa-victim sa mga pa-victim.
Beware of people who throw stones into the water and then complain about the waves.
Some people create problems, stir conflict, or bring division and confusion, but when the situation escalates, they present themselves as the innocent victim.
They are quick to point out the failures of others but slow to acknowledge their own mistakes.
Accountability is something they expect from others but resist for themselves.
Over time, this pattern can damage relationships, teams, and ministries.
When a person is never at fault in any story they tell, it is wise to look deeper, consider the full picture, and seek the other side of the story.
Pay attention to character, not just words. A person who is truly humble will be willing to admit faults, accept correction, and take responsibility.
Pray for them, but choose both COMPASSION and CAUTION.
