Sweet & peaceful place to enjoy Croatia

Excellent welcome by Nikola, who is a lovely host. Alway helpful and thoughful. Welcome gift, birthday gift, farewell gift. And what about the food, excellent ! The house is nicely situated not really far from Split (30 minute when the road is clear) in a charming little town, Omis. The house is located just over the city given an amazing view over the sea and the town. The property is composed of three houses all around a charming swimming pool, which is the place to be, covered by the sun from the morning until 6pm. It was a pleasure.

Perfect Setting for a Family Vacation

The three lovely villas couldn't have been more perfect for our family of 14. Each had ample space for five with two complete bathrooms and even separate, well-stocked kitchens. There were ample supplies of linen and towels and the villas were pristine. The swimming pool was perfect for 7 active children. The outdoor dining spaces were lovely. In addition to its beautiful setting above the lovely town of Omis, day trips via car or boat were easy. The owners were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone seeking to spend some time in lovely Croatia!

season 2015. is now behind us. Here are some reviews of our guests:

WONDERFUL PLACE.
This must be one of the most wonderful places on Earth. The owners are very nice and did everything to make us enjoy our stay. We loved the houses and the garden. At last I just say : Go there you won`t regret it.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!
This place is the most wonderful place I stayed since a long time. Three houses built from traditional stone, all super clean and very well equipped. I never found a "Weber" barbecue in a rented house.... Even if the sun is burning there are all around the house little islands and hidden corners to spend the time in the shadow or also have some time in private. The owner is really sympathetic and gave us lots of really good tips how to spent the time. Omis is a pitoresque village with good restaurants (many bakeries!) and with sandy beach which is very unusual for Croatia. We stayed there as a group of nine persons and decided on the first day to definitely get back there for another holidays. Great, great

Nikola was very helpful both before and during our stay. The house is in a superb situation overlooking Omis, in a very quiet street about five minutes drive from the centre and also beaches. It was spotlessly clean, rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The outside areas are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There is plenty of outside furniture. The description is accurate, but the property exceeded our expectations and that is rare!
