VILLA SUZI – obiteljsko imanje i mala farma magaraca 🫏

Villa Suzi nalazi se u Šmriki na Kvarneru, na mirnoj lokaciji s otvorenim pogledom na more. Gostima nudimo smještaj u jednostavno i funkcionalno uređenim apartmanima, idealnim za obitelji s djecom, parove i sve koji traže mir, prirodu i opuštenu atmosferu. Na našem imanju nalazi se mala farma magaraca, uz kokice i druge domaće životinje. Djec

a se mogu slobodno igrati, boraviti na otvorenom i upoznati životinje, što našim gostima često bude najljepši dio boravka. Gostima su na raspolaganju bazen i pergola i veliko dvorište farme magaraca tijekom radnog vremena, a u blizini se nalaze plaže Jadranova, Uvale Scott, Oštra i Crikvenice, kao i otok Krk i grad Rijeka (10–15 minuta vožnje). Govorimo njemački, engleski i hrvatski. Dobrodošli u Villu Suzi – mjesto za opušten obiteljski odmor u prirodi 🌿

Villa Suzi is a family-run property with a small donkey farm, located in Šmrika above the Kvarner Bay.
A peaceful place where children can meet animals, play freely outdoors, and families can truly slow down.

Our apartments are simple and cozy, surrounded by nature, sea views, and the everyday life of our farm.
Here, mornings start with fresh air, donkey greetings, and time together – without rush, noise, or crowds.

Today, in the lovely company of our dear guests who have been visiting us faithfully for many years, we celebrated the important anniversary of Operation Storm, Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day, and the Day of Croatian Defenders. 🇭🇷🥰😍❤️

Heute haben wir in lieber Gesellschaft unserer treuen Gäste, die uns seit vielen Jahren besuchen, den großen Feiertag "Operation Oluja", den Tag des Sieges, der Heimat-Dankbarkeit und der kroatischen Verteidiger gefeiert. 🇭🇷🥰😍❤️

🫏 A drawing with soul – a memory of a beautiful summer 🎨

This beautiful pencil drawing of our donkey Ines was created by Gesa , an art teacher and our dear guest. She spent her vacation with her family at our place – and through every smile, chat, and moment with the animals, we truly connected.

What made us especially happy was that she chose to draw our Ines – the boss lady of the herd, full of character. With her talent, Gesa captured Ines’s unique personality perfectly.

The drawing now has a special place on our farm, and Gesa and her family will always have a place in our ❤️ – as a sweet reminder of these truly beautiful summer days. 🫶 ☀️🇭🇷

Thank you all for bringing your creativity to our farm – and for becoming part of our big 🫏 Villa Suzi & Donkey Farm family!

🫏 Eine Zeichnung mit Seele – eine Erinnerung an einen tollen Sommer 🎨

Diese wunderschöne Bleistiftzeichnung unserer Eselin Ines stammt von Gesa , Kunstlehrerin und unsere liebe Gästin. Zwei Wochen lang war sie mit ihrer Familie bei uns – und wir haben uns richtig gut verstanden.

Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass sie ausgerechnet unsere Ines gewählt hat – die Chefin unter den Eseln, mit ganz eigenem Charakter. Gesa hat mit ihrem Talent genau diese Persönlichkeit wunderbar eingefangen.

Die Zeichnung hat jetzt einen Ehrenplatz auf der Farm, und wir tragen Gesa und ihre Familie im ❤️ – als Erinnerung an wirklich schöne Sommertage. 🫶 ☀️🇭🇷

Danke euch allen, dass ihr eure Kreativität mitgebracht habt – und ein Teil unserer großen 🫏 Villa Suzi & Eselfarm-Familie geworden seid!
