Budgeting cheatsheet for your next project:

🛋️ Furniture will likely eat the biggest chunk. Around 30-35%
💡 Lighting is underrated and under-budgeted. Separate at least 15-20% (yes, really)
🪜 Labor? Always more than expected - 15-20%
🎨 Decor + finishing touches? Sneaky expensive. 10-15%
📦 Contingency – 5-10% (for the oops moments)

Budget by priority, not by some outdated formula. And always leave room for surprises (because there will be surprises).
