Have you tried one?

A Baby Guinness is a small cocktail, typically served in a shot glass, that visually mimics a pint of Guinness beer. Despite its name, it does not contain any actual Guinness stout. The drink is composed of coffee liqueur for the dark "beer" portion and Irish cream liqueur for the creamy "head" on top, creating a layered effect that resembles a tiny Guinness pint.

Ingredients
Coffee Liqueur: Kahlúa or Tia Maria are popular choices, providing a rich, coffee-flavored base.

Irish Cream: Baileys Irish Cream is commonly used, though flavored variations like Salted Caramel Baileys can also work

The typical ratio is about 3 parts coffee liqueur to 1 part Irish cream, though this can be adjusted slightly depending on glass size and personal preference.

How to Make It
Select a shot glass (1.25–1.5 fl oz or 37–44 mL works well). Clear glasses showcase the layered effect best. Pour the coffee liqueur into the glass, filling roughly two-thirds of it. Layer the Irish cream on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon to float it above the coffee liqueur, forming the "head".

The Irish Slang Guide to help tourists:
"After":
In Ireland, you might hear that someone is ‘after’ doing something. The phrase comes from the Irish construction ‘tar éis’, which means ‘after’ and refers to someone who has ‘just’ done something.

In a sentence:

‘I’m only after cleaning the kitchen’ = I’ve only just cleaned the kitchen

‘I’m after seeing a friend’ = ‘I’ve just seen a friend’

Cahir is rich with Heritage:
St. Paul's Church, located in the heart of Cahir, is one of only two known churches designed by the celebrated English architect, John Nash and home to The Earl of Glengall & Butler family vault.
St. Paul's Church, Cahir, was built under instruction of the Glengall Butler family and is one of only two known churches designed by the celebrated English architect, John Nash. Private architect to King George IV, Nash built the church at a cost of 2,307 pounds (at this time far larger churches were built for less than half of this). Situated just past Cahir Square in a picturesque location above the river Suir with Cahir Castle as it’s backdrop, its dramatic spire has become a major landmark in the town of Cahir. The church is one from the few of the Regency period to have most of it’s original interior layout, the most important features being the exquisite plasterwork ceilings and decoratively-carved pine pews, with individual doors. St. Pauls' is also a well-maintained and richly-decorated church. The church has a vast array of memorials including some from The Butler family and the Denny family, made famous for their pies.

The main feature of the church yard is it’s only tomb – that of the Glengall Butler family, who instigated the building of this wonderful church, one of the premier architectural attractions of Cahir and a wide area beyond.

The Irish slang guide to help tourists:

In Irish slang, “I will yeah” is a sarcastic way of saying “absolutely not,” despite sounding like agreement. It’s used as a dry, humorous refusal — the more deadpan the delivery, the stronger the “no.”
What “I will yeah” actually means
It does not mean “yes.”
It means “not a chance,” “no way,” or “I definitely won’t.”
It’s a classic example of Irish sarcastic humour and indirect communication.
Tone is crucial: flat = definite no; playful = still probably no.
