♨️ A little hot tub update from AeroHeaven ♨️

We’re introducing a €50 refundable hot tub deposit for all stays.

We want to explain why, because this isn’t about normal hot-tub use or the water simply being used and needing changing. We completely understand that the tubs are there to be enjoyed!

The issue is when our hot-tub guidelines aren’t followed and the tub is left in a condition that goes far beyond normal use.

We have had tubs left with:

🟢 Green water
🤎 Thick brown rings of fake tan around the tub
🧴 Heavy build-up of body oils and products

And this isn’t just a matter of the water looking dirty.
Our hot tubs are cleaned, treated and maintained regularly, and we’re already seeing the cost of expensive servicing on components that shouldn’t be requiring servicing as frequently.

Fake tan, body oils / lotions & other products can be drawn through the hot tub’s filtration and internal system causing damage to the tubs.

We want to be clear that normal use will not affect your deposit. The €50 is simply a refundable deposit to encourage everyone to follow the hot-tub guidelines, which are provided in the welcome book and displayed behind the hot tub.
We have been very understanding up till now but unfortunately we feel it’s necessary.

💶 Your €50 will be returned after check-out provided the hot tub has been left in a reasonable condition.
We’ve included two photos below to show the difference between how we leave our hot tubs ready for guests and how we have unfortunately found them left after some stays.

We want you to enjoy the tubs , we just need everyone to help us look after them too. ❤️♨️
