So we had a water stain Job in ceiling a leak in the upstairs bathroom, we used are moisture meter first to see if there was any damp in the plasterboard .after being satisfied with the result we used johnstones stainaway 2 coats 4 hours apart which leaves a matt finish ,we use this product now because bin zinnester etc are too potent of a smell in someone's home we also like stainaway because you can finish in two coats in matt instead of using shellac then waterbased to match in total cost 150 pm us and we will get back to you
