You need at least two dates to decide.
The same goes for your apartment.
At different times of the day, everything changes:
- Noise levels
- Traffic
- The overall character of the street
And beyond that, there’s something many buyers overlook:
sun exposure and airflow ☀️🌬️
For example:
A south-facing apartment enjoys sunlight most of the day, beautiful, but often much warmer in the summer.
A north-facing apartment stays cooler, but with more limited natural light.
Visiting in the morning, afternoon, and evening gives you the full picture:
How the light moves through the apartment
When it feels quiet and when it doesn’t
Whether the space truly feels good throughout the day
My professional recommendation:
Visit at least twice, once during the day and once in the evening.
If possible, add a weekend visit.
That’s how you understand what life there will really feel like.
Not just on paper, but in terms of light, air, and real atmosphere.
