The Role involves the following tasks:
1.Follow up for disbursements/payments with banks and customers.
2. Generate and send demand letters to respective customers.
3. Maintain customer payments progress data
4.Maintain reminders/ follow up data with customers and banks.
5.Followup with documentation for timely delivery of each customer's agreement/sale deed/NOC.
6.Solve Customer's post sales queries
7.Ensure no delay for receipt of payments/generate demand
8.Maintain all customers KYC data
9.Follow up with customers and registration office with regard to stamp duty/registration process of customers.
10.Must raise penalty/default interest with customers not adhering to demand notes payment.
11.Ensure no delay/no mistake regarding any documentation process
12.Prepare MIS statements regularly
13.Prepare and maintain updated sales realisation reconciliation statement
Must possess update knowledge of RERA Rules, current home loans interest rates and Bank Tripartite Agreements.

Junior Accountant with minimum 6+ years of experience, to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
1) Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
2) Maintain and disburse Petty cash
3) Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
4) Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
5) Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
6) Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
7) Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
8) Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
9) Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
10) Assist with other accounting projects
