A vertical garden wall is the easiest way to bring nature closer to your everyday. Here’s how you can start:
✅ Frames & Planters - Look for vertical planter pockets, wooden frames, or modular panels. You’ll find them online on Amazon, IKEA, Ugaoo, or even at your local nursery.
✅ Plants - Choose hardy, low-maintenance greens like pothos, money plant, ferns, or snake plants. For a functional touch, add herbs like mint, basil, or curry leaves. Nurseries around Bangalore, Lalbagh Nursery, Ugaoo, or even small local garden stores have plenty of options.
✅ Soil - Use lightweight potting mix with cocopeat (available at any nursery or gardening store) so the wall doesn’t get too heavy.
✅ Watering - Mist daily in summer, water a couple of times a week, and trim as needed. For less effort, install a drip irrigation line (available at most garden supply stores and online stores like Amazon or Flipkart).
