✔️ Position-Deputy Manager-Survey
✔️ Location-Raipur Chhattisgarh
✔️ Education- Diploma-Civil/B E Civil/B tech Civil
✔️ Experience- 10 Years-12 Years
✔️ Salary Range-60k to 70k(Negotiable)
Roles and Responsibilities
⏹️ Conduct surveys using total station, DGPS, and other survey equipment to gather data for building construction projects.
⏹️Prepare detailed topographical maps and drawings from surveyed data.
⏹️Ensure accurate measurements and record-keeping of site boundaries, contours, and features.
⏹️Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues related to survey errors or discrepancies.
⏹️Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to company standards for quality control.
⏹️Quantity Calculations of all Construction Work Like-Cutting and Filling of Earthwork, Subgrade, GSH, WBM, Concrete and Levelling Marking and ⏹️Checking, L section, Cross Section Drawing Preparation.
⏹️Structure Alignment Checking and Leveling of Lunching Span.
⏹️Knowledge of Auto Cad With Drafting Coordinates, all types of calculation, Area Volume and Dias/Radius etc
Desired Candidate Profile
⏹️Candidate must have an Experience in Building projects including-Station Building, Hospital Building, Hostel Projects and other Building related Projects
⏹️Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
Strong understanding of total station operation and data analysis techniques.
⏹️10-12 years of experience in land surveying or building survey work.
