Let me coming to the part of Technical and work progress How we actually take the project and execute:
We initially do a conversation with the customer and take the Requirements from them
And visit the site to get an actual vision of the site and to understand what best can be done after that we do floor plan according to the customer requirements once the floor flan ready we move to the Legal agreement between the customer and DIHA Architects& constructions once it is over we will start work on Column Layout and structure once the structure completed will give Great Elevation after completion of Elevation we will submit the prject completion date with Schedule after that Will start Execution of the work and as per the time limit, we will hand over the Dreamhouse to the customer with Heart full wishes. Now the question about the cost of the constructions. Constructions cost completely depends on the design and specifications of the building. On the Basis of the specification and designs, we will give the quotation
Example: simple and brief example given below but the Quotation will be given on the Dimension of the building and Requirement of the customer

Structure:
We used Kamadhenu TMT 550 Grade for Structure reinforced work Birla or Equalent cement
8” solid blocks will be used for outside wall and 6”, 4” solid blocks for inside and partition wall
Flooring :
Basic rate of 60 Rs Tile will be used for Living area Bedroom Areas
Basic Rate of 40 Rs will be used for Balcony, utility, parking Areas
Kitchen Countertop 40 mm thickness
Electrical :
Anchor Roma switch plates will be used
Finolex Wiring will be used
Plumbing :
Cera, hindware, parry ware, cp fittings
Paint:
Inside 2 coat Birla or JK wall putty
1 coat of primer and 2coats of premium paint
Outside paint Apex will be used
Doors & windows:
Main door Teakwood
Internal doors Membrane of Lamination door
Toilet waterproof PVC door
