Few Updates about HFI-2023
Hon. Governor will inaugurate HamfestIndia-2023
We are happy to announce that Hon. Governor of Gujarat has accepted our invitation to chair the inaugural function of HamfestIndia-2023 on 25th November, 2023. This is a matter of honour and privilege for all of us that His Excellency Acharya Devvrat, Governor Shri of Gujarat will be the guest of honour to inaugurate HFI.
Lucky draw for Hams every hour!
Opportunity to win a brand new Hand Held VHF/UHF as a prize!
Every hour there will be a lucky draw and one lucky Ham will win a brand new Handheld VHF/UHF. This will continue for both the days of HamfestIndia-2023. The benefit of the draw will be applicable only to Hams present at the venue. The draw will take place every hour on the hour, so don't miss out!

Parallel to Technical sessions, there will be various workshops & open forums outside the auditorium where antenna making, assembling and other activities will be carried out.

(Hence, the offset is: -000.600 MHz)
Ahmedabad Repeater
Receiving Frequency (Rx): 145.200 MHz
Transmitting Frequency (Tx): 144.600 MHz
(Hence, the offset is: -000.600 MHz)
In addition, entire cities of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar are connected via ECBR.
Kit and Memento
Please note that the last date to register for receiving the delegate kit and memento is 10th November 2023. Delegates who register after this date may not receive their kit and memento.
The delegate kit includes all materials that you will need to participate in the conference, including your name badge, program, and other important information. The memento is a small gift to commemorate your attendance at the conference and will be delivered after valedictory function.
