Every company is criticizing the Haryana Govt. decision (75%reservation for local). But I find this a good move by them:
1. This would actually support vocal for local.
2. This would stop the brain drain and unwanted forced migration
3. This would eradicate racism (local influence on outsider).
4. This would make respective state Govt. accountable for creating jobs in own state.
5. More industries would establish (for creating employment) locally and this would result into better local (living standard) life
6. Youth would have opportunity at their home and family culture (specially older parents) would become strong.
