একই জমির উপর একাধিক কাগজ? Who is the Real Owner| Land Record Truth

একই জমির উপর একাধিক কাগজ থাকলে confusion শুরু হয় এখান থেকেই।
কারও কাছে sale deed, কারও কাছে khatian, কারও কাছে mutation, আবার কারও কাছে old family paper.
কিন্তু মনে রাখুন—সব paper এক জিনিস না।
আসল ownership বুঝতে deed, khatian, mutation আর record মিলিয়ে দেখা খুব জরুরি।

এই ভিডিওতে আমি simple ভাষায় বলেছি—
জমির কাগজে mismatch থাকলে কী risk হয়,
কীভাবে নিজের land record check করবেন,
আর কেন future dispute avoid করা দরকার।
