The applicant, Abdul Rashid Hajam, son of Ali Mohammad Hajam, resident of Yairikah, has been suffering from a serious illness for the past few years. Due to his deteriorating health, he is unable to work and support his family. He has three daughters and one son, and his financial condition does not allow him to afford medical treatment or meet the basic needs of his family.
