Designed by renowned architect Gautam Bhatia who is an authority on Laurier Baker and has written several books on him. Concept is to bring the outdoors into the indoors. Beautiful blend of modern and antique with wire-cut brickwork finish and antique doors, windows and pillars from old Kerala homes. Canal running through property with water lilies.
