Iske baad authorities ne future me aise cases ko rokne ke liye strict steps liye hain. Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) ne RERA ke rules follow karte hue ab ye decide kiya hai ki jitne bhi high-rise buildings (15 meter se upar) hain unka regular safety audit hoga. Purane buildings ka audit har 10 saal me hoga aur extra checking har 5 saal me. Audit karne ke liye 7 consultancy firms appoint ki gayi hain jo Lucknow ke 276 high-rises (private aur LDA dono) check karengi. Yeh sab ka cost aur zimmedari building owners ki hogi, aur agar koi follow nahi karega to RERA ke through strict action liya jayega. Yeh naye steps dikhate hain ki ab public safety, fire safety aur building strength ko UP ke real estate sector me top priority di ja rahi hai.

Agar koi in rules ko follow nahi karta hai to RERA aur LDA ke under strict consequences face karne padenge. Mandatory safety audits ka non-compliance hone par:

1) Bade penalties aur fines builder, developer ya housing society par lagaye jaenge.

2) Occupancy ya completion certificate cancel ho sakta hai, matlab building legally unsafe declare ki ja sakti hai residential ya business use ke liye.

3) Building seal ho sakti hai ya approvals/revocation LDA ke through cancel ho sakte hain.

4) Aur agar negligence ki wajah se accident ya jaan ka nuksan hota hai to criminal liability aur legal action bhi responsible parties ke against liya ja sakta hai.
