This heatmap pi**es us off. And it should p**s you off too.

India has 94 of the 100 most polluted cities in the world, which basically means clean air is going to become the new “prime real estate”.

Not views, not clubhouse amenities, and not a fancy pin code.

Air is the basic thing you’re supposed to breathe.

We’re already seeing it on the ground at Brego Land.

People are asking fewer questions about social infrastructure… and more about:
