CREDAI Maharashtra close;y works with Government and semi-government agencies and takes initiative in policy formation. The federation discharges various Corporate Social Responsibilities directly as well as through its members. Spread across 59

cities and 3000+ members CREDAI Maharashtra is one of the most dynamic and vibrant federations of real estate developers. CREDAI-Maharashtra is a Member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers'​ Associations of India (CREDAI) the apex body for the Real Estate Developers in India and is also affiliated with leading Industry Associations like CII, FICCI, IMC and others.

महाराष्ट्रातील रिअल इस्टेट क्षेत्रासाठी एक सकारात्मक आणि दूरदृष्टीपूर्ण निर्णय.

महाराष्ट्र शासनाने रेडी रेकनर (RR) दर पूर्ववत ठेवण्याचा निर्णय घेतला असून यामुळे घरखरेदीदार आणि संपूर्ण रिअल इस्टेट क्षेत्रात स्थिरता आणि विश्वास निर्माण झाला आहे.

माननीय मंत्री चन्द्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांनी त्यांच्या माध्यमांशी संवादात उद्योग क्षेत्राच्या सहभागाचे महत्त्व अधोरेखित केले. (स्रोत: इंडियन एक्सप्रेस)

क्रेडाई महाराष्ट्रने सातत्याने हे मांडले होते की, सध्याच्या वाढत्या बांधकाम खर्चाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर RR दरात वाढ झाल्यास घरांच्या किमतींवर परिणाम होऊन परवडणाऱ्या घरांचे स्वप्न अधिक कठीण होईल. तसेच स्टॅम्प ड्युटीचा अतिरिक्त भारही वाढू शकतो.

RR दर स्थिर ठेवण्याच्या या निर्णयामुळे घरखरेदीदारांचा आत्मविश्वास वाढेल, व्यवहारांना गती मिळेल आणि बाजारातील संतुलन कायम राहण्यास मदत होईल.

क्रेडाई महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या या संतुलित आणि योग्य निर्णयाचे मनःपूर्वक स्वागत करते आणि पुढील काळातही रिअल इस्टेट क्षेत्रासाठी सकारात्मक, पारदर्शक आणि विकासाभिमुख धोरणे घडवण्यासाठी शासनासोबत कार्य करण्यास कटिबद्ध आहे.

MahaCON 2026 – A Landmark Gathering for Maharashtra’s Real Estate Fraternity

From 9th to 11th February, MahaCON 2026 successfully brought together the vision, leadership, and collective strength of the industry under one roof at Mumbai.

The event was inaugurated in the esteemed presence of our Chief Guest Mr. Boman Irani (Chairman, CREDAI) and Guest of Honour Hon. Satish Dada Magar (Ex-Chairman, CREDAI), along with the leadership of Mr. Prafulla Taware (President, CREDAI Maharashtra), Mr. Ashish Pokharna (Hon.
