Job Responsibilities:
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximize revenue generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Client acquisition and business development by direct/ indirect sales.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to Necotiate/close deals and handle complaints or obiections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
• Meet and advise clients on real estate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROl generation.
• Develop Property Engine as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
