Dear Residents,
During the annual general body meeting held on December 4, 2016, Renting of Accommodation to multiple Individuals or Multiple tenants was discussed. Members observed that most owners have cooperated and given their flats to either single person or to families observing the norms of the Society. However there are still some owners who are giving for Guesthouse, PG or to multiple individuals resulting in the atmosphere of the society has been vitiated. This is in blatant violation of the bye-laws which allows the flats to be used for residential purpose only. It was strongly felt by all those present in the AGM that ample time has been given to all owners and those who are still violating the bye laws and allotment rules of Noida Authority and Electricity Board should not be spared. Strict action in the form of intimating Noida Authority, SSP, DM office and Electricity Board officially by the Working Committee of these commercial and illegal activities should be undertaken immediately. Also it was decided that wherever suspected that the flat is having objectionable activities and is not complying with the rules of the Society and the Welfare Club, residents will make a surprise check with the members of the working committee and based on the finding, will immediately call the police and register a complaint.
