Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Intern

Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Support SEO, GBP optimisation, and content calendar management
Analyse performance metrics and generate weekly reports

Tech Intern

Assist in developing and testing SaaS products (thecoworks.com, Skyez CRM, Office MIS)
Support UI/UX improvements and bug fixes
Document technical processes and product features

Sales Intern

Identify and reach out to potential clients — startups, SMEs, property owners
Schedule and attend client meetings and follow-ups
Maintain CRM records and daily sales MIS

Content Creator Intern

Create reels, carousels, blogs, and social media content
Research trends and execute the content calendar
Collaborate with marketing team on brand campaigns

What We're Looking For:

Fresh MBA / BBA graduate or final-year student
Strong communication skills — written and verbal

🔥 The Real Issue is Not Space — It’s Attitude

"We toured office spaces in Noida. Here's the conversation that told us everything about what's broken in this market."
We're a startup. We work odd hours. We needed a space that works with us.
Here's what we found instead.

Q: Is your building 24/7 operational?
A: Not really, no.
Your 11 PM sprint? Do it at home.

Q: What are the AC timings?
A: We shut it off by 7 PM.
Hope your team doesn't mind sweating through deployment nights.

Q: Any flexibility in the agreement?
A: No. Minimum 3-year lock-in.
We don't care that your runway is 18 months.

Q: Maintenance support?
A: Manage that on your own.
Pay premium rent. Fix your own problems.

Q: Security deposit and advance rent terms?
A: 3 months security + 2 months advance.
Block 5 months of capital before moving in a single chair.

This isn't one bad landlord. This is 90% of the market in Noida.
