Land at Bhandrwali
This land is situated at Village Bhandrwali taluka Bhor .. it is just 60 km from Pune, approx 1 and a 1/2 hours drive from heart of the Pune City..
it’s just 30 km from main Pune-satara highway and the road upto the land is absolutely fine..
Legal Title - the land is owned by investor.. Govt Demarcation is done. so it is clear from all encrumbances.. further the whole land is defined well..
The Govt road passes through the land so accessibility is not an issue..
Development- The whole land is in 2 parts.. both are connected but topography is different… top portion of 40 acres is flat and has panoramic view of Rajgad Fort / Sahyadri ranges and Bhatghar Dam’s backwater. The other rower had some slope but panoramic view of Backwater and mountain ranges.. There is internal WBM road 6 mtrs wide and 1600 mtrs in length..

6. the land is near to Pune-Mahad Highway so the prices of land in this area shall be going high.. the land is close to city and lot of development is happening on this route.
