Real Estate Exhibition in Ahmedabad, Property Show in Ahmedabad
on 30 SEP 2011 organized by GIHED :Gujarat Institute of Housing and Estate Developers
Date :- 30 SEP -1 OCT- 2 OCT 2011 THREE DAYS
Place :- Thaltej on S G Highway Ahmedabad.
Also, Various competitions will be held during the mega show which will focus on the city’s growth and its prospects to make the the show most interesting,
The competitions planned are in different categories like best apartment, best bunglow, best tenament, best commercial building, best shopping mall, best institutional building, best residential low rise, best residential high rise, best green building etc,
The show is being held on a plot by Ganesh Housing Corporation which is spread over 40,000 sq yards near Thaltej on S G Highway.The dome is spread over 70 per cent of the plot.The organisers are spending over Rs 9 crore to construct the dome and create a state-of-the art ambience.
Attempts to contact GIHED president Suresh Patel failed.However,GIHED director Jaxay Shah said,There was no accident.We have postponed the show due to extended monsoon.We are trying something new this time.We will need a few more days to get the exact finish that will help visitors enjoy the show.
GIHED vice-president Rushabh Patel said,We want to offer the best experience to our visitors.
So,we have shifted the venue to Thaltej which is six times as big as Gujarat University Convention Centre where it was held last time.There is more space to park vehicles,too.
He added,We have even hired agencies from Mumbai to manage the show well.The entry and parking will be free for visitors.
