Happy Teachers’ Day, Tarun Arora Sir. 🙏
We never sat in your classroom. There was no blackboard, no bell, no exam. Just a man who kept showing us, deal after deal, what honest real estate looks like.
You taught us that a plot is not a product. It’s someone’s 20 years of savings, and you treat it that way every single time.
You taught us to say no to a wrong deal, even when the commission was right.
You taught us that trust is not a line on a hoarding. It’s what remains when a client checks everything and finds nothing hidden.
Watch this video and you’ll see it. At the podium, hand on chin, still listening before speaking. On the Expo floor, walking with the whole team behind you. That is not a boss. That is a teacher who walks with the class.
Your card says Founder & Chief Gardener of Soil Search. A gardener doesn’t grow the plant. He makes the soil right, and waits. That is exactly what you did with us.
Sir, jo aapne sikhaya hai woh kisi degree mein nahi milta. Thank you for making us the people our clients can trust.
With love, Team Soil Search. Your students, your family.
