This hidden gem has become available.

Location: pacific street (think close to the forum and walking distance to so much)
Finished square footage: HRM just changed the bylaws, so we can rebuild a really generous house here. Whether we do it on two levels + basement or make it three levels like the rendering.
Do you need to build this design? Heck no. This is a concept of what we could do. Mind you, the spiral staircase in this house is a show stopper.
