How I manage and take care of properties like this..

I work for tens of international families who own a second home in Italy 🇮🇹 in the provinces of Parma, La Spezia, and Massa.

This villa is in Valtaro a small town in the appenines and is rented out from April to October, and some days during Christmas or Easter holidays.

What I provide:

- Managing cleaners, gardeners and pool technician
