The apartment has two one-and-a-half beds, and one single bed, for a maximum of 3 people. The single bed is located in the living room.
Rent for short periods or with a transitional contract with utilities included except gas, which is to be paid separately, only to referenced workers, including students but always referenced. Apartment near the historical center of Modena, a few minutes walk from the train station, convenient for all services. The apartment is fully furnished, as shown in the photos. There are all the kitchen utensils, new washing machine, 40-inch screen TV, ultra-fast wifi with TIM fiber. Free street parking but always available. The apartment is on the ground floor with two independent entrances, there is also access to a common courtyard, for hanging laundry. The apartment is well-kept and recently renovated.
990 euros per month, This rate does not include gas and electricity bills. Other utilities are included.
If rented in summer, it does not include the costs for air conditioning cooling and therefore the electricity bill. The rate includes the monthly rent, water bills, internet, condominium fees.
