Today, we rolled out the red carpet - rolled it right on out of here! We finally said “out with the old & in with the new!”

And with that, we are 100% done with our big upgrades in our condo! 🙌🏻🏡 Since moving in April 2022, we have accomplished so many big projects - from DIYs to contracted projects. We started out by repainting our entire condo - floor to ceiling and wall to wall - by ourselves (I never want to do paint prep, spackle, or paint a ceiling ever again lol) 👩🏻‍🎨🎨 Then, we hired contractors to completely demo our master bathroom, re-tile the shower & floor, and install the shower base & shower doors 🚿 We did the finishing touches in there with the help of family 🚽🪞Next, we tediously stripped the old paint off of our kitchen cabinets and repainted them from white to black (another project I can live without doing again!) ⚪️➡️⚫️

All the while, this red carpet was staring us in the face 😳 But now, 2.5 years later, it was finally its turn to go! We contracted out this project to a local business and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thank you, Orange Carpet & Wood Gallery of Ledgewood, NJ (and to for the recommendation!) 🍊

And now, we get to just sit back, relax and enjoy married life here until it’s time for us to buy a home and rent out our condo to some lucky renters! … I’m sure I’ll find some smaller projects for us to tackle along the way 🤫

We sold this house to the landlord in June 2022! After making some wonderful upgrades our landlord decided to turn her home into an investment by renting it 💰💼
Our team was able to find great renters who are extremely excited to upgrade to this beautiful rental! 😄
Congratulations to my renters and our landlord! Such a great way to start off my wedding month (fun fact: the renter is a bridal consultant at a NJ shop)! 🙌🏻👰🏻‍♀️
