I can’t let June go by without acknowledging that it’s been ONE YEAR since I took a leap of faith and joined Happy at Home team with Compass. It was an extremely hard decision but one that has changed my life in ways I could not have imagined. These women right here are all so beautiful and brilliant and incredible at what they do. I have learned so much about myself and so much more about the real estate business this past year. It’s been such a fantastic journey so far, I know it is only going to get better from here!

Today these absolutely adorable newlyweds bought their first home! I am not going to get all emotional here (I got that out earlier) but these A+ humans deserve it. I wish them many years of good health, happiness, and great back yard parties in their new home! I will be attending these backyard parties because these two are stuck with me lol.

Despite how glamorous HGTV may make our job out to be, it really can be very difficult. Sometimes getting to the closing table is smooth sailing. Sometimes there are unforeseen bumps that come up that throws the train off the rails a bit. This train was completely throw off the rails. With a lot of team work from some of the best in the business we pulled it together and got it done. Our nerves are shot and our livers need a break but we made it.
I want to thank and her sellers who bought a house today also, , for the incredible amount of team work it took to get us here today. It was a group effort and I am grateful beyond words for everyone involved!
