My client had just arrived at Haneda Airport from Hawaii today and came straight to Roppongi to pick up the keys and documents for their new property🌺🏠

Thank you so much for stopping by after such a long journey! 😊

We went to see the dinosaurs at Gardens by the Bay!
Looks like our little girl enjoyed seeing them too 😁

On our last day, we did some shopping at Jewel before catching our flight👍

She had her first swim in Singapore!

Walking around Singapore, we could really feel how so many different cultures come together in one place🙏

Our little girl is growing up so fast, so we decided to take a family trip to Singapore! 🇸🇬

On our first day, we walked from the hotel to the Merlion and were already completely drenched in sweat by the time we got there 😂

We then randomly found an amazing restaurant Palm Beach, serving Singapore’s famous chili crab!

Closed and handed over this beautifully renovated residence in Azabu-Juban today.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station, this fully renovated 2LDK offers an excellent combination of location, quality, and comfortable living space.

The original plan was to complete the handover in September. However, as my client hoped to have the property ready to use by the time they arrive in Japan in September, I coordinated with the seller to move the schedule forward and successfully complete the handover within August.

I’m very happy we were able to make it happen and deliver the property in time.

Thank you very much😊
