We just received our very first 5 ⭐ review from our beloved guest🥰 Thank you so much for the time, we hope to serve you again!

"Convenient to everything and very private.
This 6 story house has an elevator to the 5th floor, and each bedroom/floor has at least a toilet at the same level. For a one room wide house, it was great for privacy.
If there had been a table and chairs on the roof deck, it would have been perfect for the evenings. Although the beds were Japanese style (mattress only, and on the floor), they were comfortable. We walked to the Osaka Castle, the Dotonbori district, and the Ceramic museum easily. There are many small restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores nearby also. We would stay here again."

- Japan is implementing a dual-pricing system where foreign tourists will pay higher prices for entry to some attractions compared to Japanese residents, starting in July 2025.

✈️Japan Electronic Travel Authorization (JESTA)
- Travelers from visa-exempt countries (e.g., the US, UK, Canada, Australia) must obtain online clearance through the JESTA system before arriving in Japan starting in 2025.

💰Tax-Free New System (from November 1, 2026):
- Tourists pay the full price, including the 10% consumption tax (8% for food), at the time of purchase.

- To reclaim the tax, tourists must present unopened goods, receipts, and original packaging at airport tax refund counters upon departure.

- Goods must be verified by customs to ensure they’re being exported and haven’t been used in Japan.
