Position: Senior Executive – Sales

Experience: 3–5 years (Banks, Financial Consultants, Insurance, Real Estate)
Age: 28–45 years
Additional Requirements:
•Proven experience in network marketing, MLM, direct & indirect sales
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
•Proficient in computer & app operations; CRM tools preferred
•Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Responsibilities:
•Identify new business opportunities and train network partners
•Build long-term client and team relationships
•Promote and sell products via direct outreach and network marketing
•Conduct product presentations and training sessions
•Provide ongoing support to client networks
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
