The Society draws its membership from Kenya Airways and the general public, both groups and individuals. In order to achieve the planned growth, the Society is looking for qualified and competent persons to fill the Sales Representative vacancies
Position: Sales Representative –Real Estate
Location: Nairobi
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the job holder’s key responsibilities will be:
• To recruit new members into the Society
• To market Society’s products and services to new & existing members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Keep records of sales & other relevant information and communicate the same to the office.
• To provide feedback to the Society on members’ issues and expectations.
• Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses & requirements.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, cold calling, social media, open days, networking etc.
• Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
• Any other lawful duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in real estate sales will be added advantage
• Hardworking, goal oriented and self –motivated
• Initiative, creative, persistent with a passion for sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
