Our Story

We all agree that moving houses is exhausting. We get most people asking how we do it. Well, we hope to give a better picture from this.📷👇📷👇 1. On the actual moving day, the team arrives on time. Normally, the team supervisors (1 or 2) will first check against a checklist used during the assessment to ensure everything is as it is. 2. Once everything is checked, supervisors will allocate team members specific tasks, mostly according to expertise and/or speed. Packing begins. 3. Once packing is done, loading begins. This requires team work effort, to make work easier and faster. This is, in most cases, the most tiring part, especially where a customer is moving from, say the 5th or 6th floor. 4. On arrival at the new home, offloading begins. All our packing boxes are well labelled during packing. Everything goes where it should be. The customers, in most cases assist too. Each loader unpacks what they packed. 5. Dstv connections/ TV wall mountings/ showers/ cookers/ washing machines etc are all fixed. 6. On average, a full house will take between 3-7 hours to complete. This, of course will be determined by many factors (traffic, floor number, volume of items etc). Some houses take up to 8 hours to complete.
