Banjul’s Skyline Transformed as Global Tower Nears Completion

The Gambia’s skyline is receiving a striking new landmark as the Global Tower, developed by Saul Frazier Global Properties, approaches its final finishing phase.

The impressive high-rise, which will soon welcome occupants, has already become a proud symbol of modern development in Gambia.

Saul Frazier, the visionary behind the project, shared his excitement: “Not a day goes by without someone sending me a photo of our head office, The Global Tower, and it still makes me smile. A few years ago, it was just a vision on paper. Today, it stands tall. Moving in soon.”

Progress continues at SAM Tower in Ashrafieh, Lebanon with key structural works advancing steadily on site.

Current activities include concrete pouring for F19 vertical elements and staircases, alongside the ex*****on of concrete upstands for typical floors. Works in Basement 1 are also progressing with the completion of lintels and gutters, including detailed gutter installations.

In parallel, formwork operations are underway for the F20 slab and F19 vertical elements, ensuring readiness for the next phases of casting.

Located in Tejgaon, the 500-ft tower sets a new benchmark with LEED Platinum certification, advanced safety standards aligned with the National Fire Protection Association, and engineering by Meinhardt Singapore.
