KaHas Jasmine Gardens Kahas is a private family venture building contemporary/modern holiday and residential homes in Kenya.

The first project 'Jasmine Gardens', is eight contemporary villas being built in Diani Beach, south of Mombasa, Kenya. Diani boasts some of the most beautiful beaches ten minutes walk from the villa, where you can scuba-dive, snorkel, water-ski, wind-surf, kite-surf or horse ride. Amenities include a golf-course, supermarkets, cafes, bars, hospitals, restaurants and numerous first-class hotel club

s. The villas are securely surrounded by a high stone wall with a swimming pool in the middle. There is a choice of two bedrooms or three bedrooms with open plan kitchen/sitting/dining areas, each villa boasting 150 to 180 square metres of living space.

Wishing everyone a positively great new year. 2022 had better behave. So glad to be in London after three years. Zel cooked the beef wellington, and there were mussels in white wine and cream, linguini Al vongole, oysters for me, humongous crab claws, pesce Al forno, etc. Etc ( of course not at once), not forgetting seeing Eddie Redmayne in 'Cabaret' ......

So glad to be back in Diani.

It has been sometime since we posted, but we would like to say that Jasmine Gardens is well and kicking. We had a lull due to the elections but interest is picking up now. We still have three villas for sale.
