TRUE STORY โค๏ธ
A pilot once survived a plane crash and found himself stranded on a lonely island. There was no sign of human life around him, only endless water and a thick forest.
To survive, he hunted for food and built himself a small shelter. But every single night, heavy rains would pour down. The shelter would get soaked, and he would spend the nights cold, frustrated, and exhausted.
Day after day, he prayed for God to stop the rain.
But the rains only became heavier.
Eventually, he became discouraged and stopped praying altogether. In his heart, he concluded that God no longer cared about him.
Then one night, as the rain poured harder than ever before, two tribesmen appeared near his drenched shelter.
Overjoyed to finally see other people after such a long time, the pilot asked them, โHow did you even find me on an island this deep?โ
The tribesmen replied,
โThe rains became so heavy in our village that we had to move our livestock further awayโฆ and that is how we found this place.โ
The very rains he kept praying against were the same rains that led to his rescue.
Sometimes the things we ask God to remove are the very things He is using to save us Romans 8;28
Trust that God is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
