President William Ruto today handed over 220 affordable housing units to new homeowners at the Chepalungu Affordable Housing Project in Bomet County.
The milestone brings more Kenyan families closer to dignified homeownership while advancing planned urban growth and protecting productive agricultural land. With 99% of the units sold, the project demonstrates the growing demand for quality, affordable homes.
The Affordable Housing Board looks forward to supporting Phase Two and expanding access to decent housing for more families in Bomet and across Kenya.
