Leap Suites Construction Update 🏗️
The second floor slab successfully completed. Steelwork, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing works were thoroughly inspected to give room for the slab casting.
There was transition from hollow-pots slab to solid slab in thislevel onwards.
Third Floor Slab (CurrentActivity)
Current progress is focused on Third-floorformwork.
The project team is increasing workforce coordination and site productivity to improve progress and regain schedule performance.

The First Floor Slab Works were substantially completed, including:
- Hollow Pot Arrangement.
- Reinforcement fixing.
- Formwork Preparation
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations.
- Slab Concreting.
Current progress is focused on the Second-floor Slab, where:
-Formwork Installation is approximately 40% complete.
-Steel Reinforcement works are scheduled to commence
-Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP), works will be carried out prior to slab concreting.

The upper ground parking slab workswere substantially completed, including:
-Hollow pot arrangement
-Reinforcement fixing
-Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) installations prior to casting.
First Floor Slab Works (Current Activity)
Current progress is focused on the first-floor slab, where:
-Formwork installation is approximately 90% complete
-Reinforcement preparation is ongoing.
-Site coordination for upcoming slab activities is in progress.
