About one and a half years ago, I received a message from a gentleman living outside Kenya. He had come across one of my video posts showcasing our Chumani Phase 5 project. At that time, only three plots were remaining.
Being thousands of kilometres away, he couldn't visit the site himself. Instead, he trusted his parents and siblings to go on his behalf. They walked the land, looked around, and immediately started a video call with him. As they showed him the beautiful surroundings, I could sense his excitement growing. Before the site visit was even over, he made the decision that would change his future—he paid his deposit right there and began his journey to becoming a landowner. ❤️
As if that wasn't enough, it was early December and we were holding our customer raffle. His father took part... and to everyone's surprise, he won a big goat! It brought so much joy to the family and made their Christmas celebrations even more special.
Month after month, despite being abroad, he faithfully honoured every instalment. He trusted the process, and we walked that journey with him every step of the way.
Today was the moment we had all been waiting for.
The same father who had visited the land on his son's behalf walked into our office once again—but this time, not for a site visit. This time, he came to collect his son's genuine title deed.
Watching that proud smile reminded me that we don't just sell land—we help families fulfil dreams, build legacies, and create a future they can proudly pass on to the next generation.
