My grandfather bought land in 1967.He was given a receipt and told "Shamba ni yako."

No title deed .No search.Just trust.

10 years later,the same land was sold to 3 other people.We lost everything.Case in court until today.

MY GENERATION LEARNED ONE THING:

> No Title Deed = No Land.A receipt is NOT ownership.
