Flooring works across all staircases — including the main staircase, emergency staircase, and side staircase — are now taking shape, with the works approaching completion.

The finishing touches are bringing the circulation areas closer to their completed form.

Construction activity continues to accelerate at The Pearl of Kep.

Today, a dedicated team of approximately 15 electrical specialists has joined the site, working on electrical wiring and air-conditioning system components.

With intensive workforce mobilisation now underway, the total number of workers on site has reached approximately 120, with teams working across different construction disciplines and areas of expertise. The total plan for workforce mobilisation is slated for approx. 300 by coming a coming month.

Continuous progress. Increasing momentum. A steady movement toward completion.
