Office Staff

General Purpose
Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegate tasks
- Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workplace
- Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed
-Monitor and use office equipment and materials (Computer, printers, copiers, physical files etc.)
- Complete basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
- Copy, update and organize various office documents; complete data entry as needed
- Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible
- Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed
- Checking of emails and print out all important docs needed
-Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications
- Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft suite
- Confident using office machinery ( Computer, printers, copiers etc.)
- Fast and proficient typist
- strong verbal and written communication skills English and Khmer

Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills

Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
