Founded in 1982 by Zouheir Mneimneh, DIAR truly personifies the ideals of our founder. Mneimneh came from modest means and through dedication, perseverance, and persistence established himself as one of the leaders of the development industry in Lebanon. After completing his education in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and graduating with honors, Mr. Mneimneh joined Dar Al
-Handasah and was a key member of their firm. Mneimneh served as General Manager in The Ministry of Public Work and his work there helped to strengthen his bonds with the development community in Beirut. Upon leaving his service for The Ministry of Public Work, Mr. Mneimneh was able to launch his true passion for entrepreneurship and created DIAR. As a pioneer and visionary in the real estate and development industry, Mr. Mneimneh infuses DIAR with the same passion, work ethic, integrity and values that served to elevate him into the respected businessman and leader he is today. He serves as the spark and inspiration for the DIAR family in maintaining the exacting standards of quality for which the company is known.
